For this purpose, a total of sight heads of Holstein bovine of both sexes obtained from slaughterhouse in Konya were used. Following the conventional anatomical technics to heads, blue coloured latex were injected into the external jugular veins. After that, all the materials was dissected. The external jugular vein was formed by joining the maxillary and linguofacial veins at the caudal level of mandibular angle.
